Blinking and turning her attention to Angel and watching him change, Dawn smiled a little "Good aim Will..." Looing back at Angel, she shook her head "Oh, so scary...not...smarts doesn't it?" Watching him pull the knife from his shoulder, she tightened her grip on Spike's jacket, shooting him a quick glance before turning and looking at the others.
Watching Angel throw the knife at Buffy's head, Dawn's eyes widened somewhat then glared at Angel and shook her head "You're so gonna pay for that, ya know?" As she said that, she watched as he moved quickly over to where Willow was, placing his hands on her chin and head. Letting Spike's jacket go instinctively, she started to move toward Willow to help her, not heeding Angel's words and growled angrily, stopping in her tracks as Willow shot her a look.
Narrowing her eyes again, Dawn growled out in frustration "Let her go...you hurt her and so help me..." Seeing another look from Willow to tell her to be quiet, Dawn furrowed her eyebrows and looked at Spike as Angel talked to him then frowned waiting for him to say or do something as she still stood dangerously close to him.

Everything was happening so fast, Spike was having difficulty keeping up. He could smell the fear, and hear the adrenaline pumping through everybody's blood.
He looked down at Dawn, when she roughly grabbed him by the collar and questioned his motives. "Now's not the time, Pet" he said sternly and pushed her of him lightly. He saw Angel hurl the knife through air towards Buffy. Spike knew that she maybe able to dodge the knife but then there's times when she might not be able to.
He screamed and jumped in the path of the knife and it embedded it self just above his collar bone. "Answer your question?" He asked Dawn. He pulled the knife out, which was now drenched in three different sorts of blood, and dropped it to the ground.
And then the atmosphere changed. Angel had begun to question Spike. Spike knew what Angel was doing, he was getting the attention off himself, and turning everybody against Spike. The silence in the room was deafening as they all waited for an answer.
"What I just did should be proof enough what side I'm on" Spike said, straight to the point so they don't forget about the real danger in the room. He glared at Angelus, challenging him.

Glaring at Spike as he looked down at her, Dawn narrowed her eyes spitefully "Don't call me pet..." It appeared that she did inherit her sister's attitude even though she hid it most of the time unless someone pissed her off. Gasping as he pushed her away from him, she growled then widened her eyes as he jumped in front of the knife.
Backing up and watching what was going on, she turned her attention on Angelus "Looks like you're outnumbered jerkface...now why don't you be a good vampy and let go of Willow..." Seeing Willow settle her gaze on her, Dawn sighed and crossed her arms over her chest, going quiet as she waited to see what was going to happen next.

Seeing Spike catch the knife that was aimed toward Buffy, Willow widened her eyes then furrowed her eyebrows as she sat in the chair where Angelus had her. What game was Spike playing? He was switching to their side? Looking at Buffy, she winced as she felt the sharp pain shoot through her hand again from where Angelus had stabbed it then looked at Dawn as she got snappy with Angelus.
Biting her lip, Willow shot her a look then spoke up "Dawn...don't test him..." Looking sharply at Angelus, she narrowed her eyes "But I do agree with her...looks like you're outnumberd Angelus...a slayer, her little sister, a witch and a vampire....you really want to play with those odds or do you want to back off now and leave?"

(hehe ok this post is an attempt to end the thread. Sorry guys for the violence lol)
"Oh look at Mr. hero." He said to Spike's valiant move, unsurprised. "But...you know, you really should have considered choosing the heroic side a bit sooner. I'm sure those lovely ladies would've appreciated it." He glanced over at the dead bodies he'd killed earlier, then back to his opponents, with a devilish smile. "You still put on a good show, Spike." He winked, mischievously.
"And as for me being out numbered, its all about...," his grip still on Willow, he bent down so he could say it in her ear. "...perspective, right? Will?" He stood up right and said to everyone, "You know its really been a great time, really it has. But I'm getting just a bit bored. Time to move on to bigger and better things. Firstly, this being 'outnumbered' problem. What if I break your neck, Willow? I mean that takes care of one out of the four. What do you you think my chances are against three?"
Instead of doing it the old fashioned way, Angelus took the chair Willow was tied to and hurled it out of his way, having it slide on the floor fast, the only thing stopping its momentum was Willow's head and the wall.
But damn, throw was just a bit off. He was too worried about what was in front of him. The impact might not have been as hard as he would've liked. Oh well. Here's too hoping it killed her instead of giving her a concussion.
In the meantime, Angelus attacked Spike. Two determined and powerful punches to both side of his face, a kick to his gut, and a push just to get him out of his way. Next, Buffy in the door way. Not wasting any time he whacked her hard enough to be knocked to the ground. Once out of the door, he turned around and spread out his arms, backing away. "It's been fun, guys. See ya around." His smile wide, he winked and hustled out of the school feeling absolutely exhilarated and already planning what he would do next. It wasn't exactly a war driven massacre like back in the day, but it might be almost as fun and satisfying.

Blinking and looking up at Angelus trying to hide her fear, Willow looked at the others past him as he bent and whispered in her ear. Biting her lip, she closed her eyes then balled up her fists bracing herself for the pain that she knew she would feel if he snapped her neck. She couldn't believe this was it...she was hoping for a chance to correct what she did...but it looked like she wouldn't get even that.
Opening her eyes and looking at him again, she cried out as he threw the chair she was tied to against the wall. Feeling her head smash against the wall, she blacked out for a few seconds as she heard Dawn cry out then the little scuffle.
Opening her eyes after what felt like an eternity, she heard Dawn saying that she was going to go after him before she closed her eyes again and darkness fully overwhelmed her.

Balling her hands up at her sides and listening to Angelus, Dawn narrowed her eyes feeling her adrenaline surge. "Yeah well...three against one...and one of us happens to be a slayer...I like those odds."
Seeing him bend down and whisper in Willow's ear, Dawn tilted her head then it all seemed to happen in slow motion, he threw Willow into the wall then went after Spike and then her sister, Dawn furrowed her eyebrows and quickly went to Willow's side "Willow!! WILL!!" Seeing her black out, Dawn growled and looked at Spike and Buffy "I'm going after him.." Starting to stand, she heard Willow groan and quickly turned around, the idea of going after Angelus slipping from her mind as she knelt next to Willow "Buffy...we have to get her to the hospital."

Buffy's eyes shot to Dawn after hearing her agree about the sick mind part, throwing a small smile of appreciation to her sister. It was more than obvious that Dawnie was almost ready for the Slayer job, even though it scared the living daylights out of Buffy knowing one day her little sister will have to put up with the strains and pain that Slaying brings.
Her gaze then moved to Willow, who'd used her witchiness for good by throwing the knife at Angelus. Out of the corner of her eye, Buffy noticed the exchange between Spike and Dawn and she had hunch that her sister was asking the same thing Buffy herself was wondering... just what was Spike up to helping them and why?
Buffy then heard Angelus retort back to Willow about it not being wooden nor a good aim. "Funny, I was thinking the exact same thing... but, if you like, I can make your wishes come true? It would be my honour."
But before she could move towards him and carry out that threat, he'd moved to Will and placed his hands on a not so good way on her neck. Knowing damn well he'd do it, she stayed put and instead watched the knife come hurling towards her. It was like the room had turned to slow motion and the knife was taking it's time to get to it's target. Suddenly though, someone was in front of her taking the knife for her. But Buffy wasn't convinced by Spike's good act.
She pushed him towards Angelus, rougher than she'd expected to. "Get on your own side and quit trying to worm your way in... it's never going to happen." Buffy told Spike with all the coldness she could muster. Look how trusting a vampire before had gone for her...
Her confrontation with Spike had left her out of what was happening with Angelus and Willow and the next thing she knew, her friend, still in the chair had been thrown. That was about right... trust Spike to distract her while his companion nearly killed her best friend. "I knew it..." She growled at Spike.
As Buffy was about ready to kick Spike's behind, Angelus got there first and all she could do was watch with wide eyes. Not because Spike was in danger... God no. But it was too late before she realised she was in the way of the maniacs exit. Again, before she knew it, he'd made his move and Buffy went down with a pained yell. She only just heard her sister and of course, she remembered Willow's state. Kneeling, Buffy looked at Willow and Dawn before erupting into sobs at what had happened. She half crawled, half scurried over to the two and ran a hand through Will's red hair.
"She's okay... he didn't win." Buffy gasped out, pulling both her sister and her best friend into a hug, even though one possible couldn't feel it.

Buffy hadn't taken Spike's heroism seriously. She began yelling at him for it, which didn't make sense, he had saved her yet she was angry at him for it.
He was about to retaliate when Angelus began to fight his way out of the classroom. He pushed Willow against the wall, and the force he used he wouldn't be surprised if he killed her. He was about to race to her side when Angelus attacked him. He blocked one of the two punches to the face, however missed the kick to the gut. He fell the ground winded.
It took some time to regain himself and by the time Angelus was already gone.
He stood back up, ready to yell at Buffy, however looking at her he knew it wasn't worth it. He sighed, look around at the group. And left the room silently and quickly.

Watching Spike and Buffy, Dawn stayed kneeling down next to Willow, cradling her head in her lap. Furrowing her eyebrows and looking back up, she widened her eyes as she saw what Angel did to her sister but before she could get up to help Buffy, he was gone.
Swallowing a little and looking down at Willow, she barely felt Buffy crawl over to them and hug them to her. She was almost in shock at what happened as she kept watching Willow. Blinking, different thoughts roiled through her mind starting from losing Joyce, then what happened with Glory, then everything else and now this. Muttering quietly, she shook her head "We...we have to get her to the hospital...Buffy...Willow ne...needs help..."
Turning her face to the door, she saw Spike creep away and all of a sudden, everything clicked. Narrowing her eyes, she watched him leave "Coward...that's all you are Spike...nothing but a lowly backstabbing coward..." Feeling her anger rise, she looked at Buffy then furrowed her eyebrows "Buffy you gotta focus...we gotta get Willow to the hospital."
((And should we end it here?))

( Since I can't see that anyone has untied Willow, I'm writing Buffy did but if she was already untied, sorry =P )
Buffy glanced up after hearing Spike depart, knowing she had probably angered him but she honestly didn't care at this moment. As far as she was concerned, Buffy saw Spike as Angelus's helper and one little bravery act wouldn't change that.
Looking back to Willow, Buffy ripped the ties off Willow in a haste, her anger and worry making the ropes feeble against her tearing. She dragged Willow towards her and stood up, gesturing for her sister to help. "Let's get her out of here..." Buffy choked out, still half winded from Angelus's attack and half with panic that maybe Willow was more injured that the eye could see.
With a final glance to the scene, she received quick flashbacks of everything that had happened that night and she shut her eyes tight for a moment before turning towards the exit.
