Well, well, well.
Buffy's little sister has certainly made herself a target.
Not that Angelus was complaining.
But he didn't really appreciate little brats spoiling his fun. Torturing was serious business. Time to teach her a listen. Apparently Buffy didn't do so yet.
Hm. Always thought of myself as a father figure. Especially when I ate my own. Angelus joked to himself.
He had followed Dawn to the Bronze, waiting for the right moment. Walking pass all the dancing bodies, the bass of the music pounding the floor, blood rushing all around him, it was hard for him to control himself from grabbing the first poor mortal he saw. Patience, patience. He didn't want to be reckless. He stayed hidden from his target, but always keeping an eye on her.
Oh, this would be fun.

Walking into the Bronze, Dawn smiled as she waved to some friends of hers. She had had a troubling encounter with Angel and Spike before and was told by Buffy to be more careful. But Buffy wasn't at home to tell her what to do and she needed to unwind after her little escapade.
Sighing and giving her jacket to the coat checker, she smiled and started moving around the dancers. She wasn't exactly there to impress anyone...she just wanted to have fun. Straightening her sparkly sequin top that she 'borrowed' from Buffy over her black jeans, she smiled at a guy who seemed to be watching her then turned her attention to the end of the bar and sat down ordering a soda.
Turning and watching the dancers, she slowly let her guard drop.

Angelus grinned while watching Dawn interact with her friends.
Before Angelus took a step forward towards her, someone beckoned him with a "Hey, sweetheart,"
Angelus turned around to the pale blonde standing beside him. He knew she was a vampire, but that didn't make her presence annoying. He had things to do, he didn't come here to socialize.
"You look preoccupied. Want me to take your mind off of things?" The desperate vampire in a leather skirt said, putting a hand to his chest.
Angelus sighed, unimpressed. He put a hand, at first, affectionately on hers. "You know, you're right...there's a lot on my mind right now..." He then suddenly grabbed her wrist and yanked her violently. "Kind of not in the mood to be disturbed,"
The vampire looked at him wide eyed. "...you're Angelus," she gasped. "I thought he was--"
"Yeah, well, now I'm back." Angelus pushed her away. "Out of my way before I kill you."
"Don't be so aggravated, handsome," The girl laughed, unfazed. "You came in at the right time. We're planning a massacre. This place is rich with vampires, so you came in time for the party."
Angelus took the moment to glance around and noticed that she was right. Well, this will make things much easier if the scooby gang decides to make a rescue attempt.
"Well, that's helpful. Thanks for the information." Angelus said. "I'll tell you what. You see that girl by the bar?"
The vampire nodded.
"Lay a hand on her, and you'll be dust. She's mine." Angelus said, looking at the woman with narrowed eyes.
The woman smiled, understanding. "My name's Alicia." She started to walk away flirtatiously. "See ya around Angelus,"
Angelus watched her as she disappeared into the crowd and then redirected his attention to Dawn.
He took a seat next to her, nonchalantly, staring ahead at the dancers, purposely not revealing his face to her. "I don't know about you, but there really are better songs. People seem to like this one for some reason," Angelus said, sinisterly making small talk.

Blinking and hearing the man next to her talking, Dawn sighed looking up from her soda and shrugged "I don't much care for the music...I just came here for a soda and to unwind.."
Furrowing her eyebrows and looking around, she reached into her purse and pulled out the cell phone Buffy made her carry and check it for messages "Well at least she doesn't seem to be home yet and worrying about me.." Murmuring that to herself, she set the cell phone next to her on the bar and sipped some more of her soda.
Blinking and looking at the man next to her, she tilted her head curiously noticing tht he wasn't showing his face. Shrugging, she didn't let it bother her until she noticed his clothing. Swallowing a little and starting to recognize him, she stood and quickly tried to hide her suspicions as she started to stand "I...gotta go..."
Furrowing her eyebrows, she saw a blonde woman just watching her and hiding a grin. Biting her lip, she turned back to Angelus as he continued to keep his face hidden. Looking back at the woman and seeing her grin she slowly put two and two together and looked toward the exit trying to put a plan together as she slowly reached for her cell phone.

Angelus grinned to himself when Dawn checked her phone to see if Buffy called. "Oh, I don't think she has any reason to worry about you. You look like the kind of girl who can handle her own."
Angelus knew that she had recognized him. He didnt even have to look at her. He could sense the fear starting to make an appearance within her. The hesitation in her voice made it all the better.
"Yeah, the being alone and helpless look would have any one fooled." Angelus said before grabbing Dawn's arm, just as she reached for her cell phone. He stood and yanked her in his direction. "Whats the matter? Thought you wanted to unwind? Live a little."
Angelus spotted the blond grinning and he was unimpressed by the distraction. He looked back at Dawn and with narrowed eyes said, "I wouldn't make a scene if I were you. " He turned Dawn around and held her by both arms so her back was towards him. "There are lots of people just waiting to get a taste of the slayer's lil sis."
He whispered low in her ear. "And you know if you try anything, you'll be dead before you can get a hold of a stake. So..I suggest we go about this the easy way. What do you think, hm?" He challenged her, his grip painfully tight on her arms so she wouldn't get away.

Gasping as Angelus grabbed her arms and spun her so her back was to him, Dawn looked around as his grip tightened on her arms. Narrowing her eyes up at him as he asked her what the matter was...that he thought she wanted to unwind and live a little, she shook my head defiantly "I did come here to unwind...with my friends though...not with dirtbags like you..."
Trying to tug away again, she listened to the people around her and then to him saying not to make a scene...that there were lots of other vampires wanting to get a taste of the slayer's little sis...her. Narrowing her eyes again, Dawn looked a lot like Buffy when she was pissed as she glared at Angelus "Why would they want to do that? I'm nothing remember? I'm just a bratty little sister who makes a mess of things around her."
Seeing him grin and say that he could make sure that Dawn was dead before she reached for a stake, Dawn remembered the anymosity that Buffy taught her to have and looked around at her friends as a vampire seemed to be stalking towards them.
Thinking that she had to protect them, Dawn sighed and looked back at Angelus "Stop them Angelus...you can have me...just let my friends go."

Angelus snickered at her response, especially the dirt bag comment. "Oo, fiery words, little girl. You're more like Buffy than I thought. At least its not whining and complaining because, seriously, I would just have to kill you in order to stop it. That wouldn't be fun at all, not without all the exciting torture, now would it?"
The girl tried to tug away from him but Angelus kept a hold on her. "You're right about that. The bratty little sister part, especially. But you have the slayer's blood in you and I gotta tell ya, people get real thirsty and competitive for that sort of thing. Kind of like a rarity. Like the blood of a virgin." he paused. "Hm. Knowing how much you lack a life, you're probably that too." He joked.
Angelus listened to her pleads and it was music to his ears. The best part about it was that she was trying to save friends. Angelus looked up at the vampire approaching a few people and smiled. This might not be such a nuisance after all. "Wow! Just like big sis. Trying to brave and courageous. It's admirable. Really, it is. Too bad Buffy has no use for all that bubbling potential. No, no. Just having you isn't even worth my time. I much rather you watch your friends die first."
Angelus started to see all the vampires come out of hiding, ready to pounce and create a blood bath. "Let the party begin..." He whispered mischievously, "I wonder what Dawn is going to do, now that she can do nothing to save her friends..."
The blonde vampire morphed and there were screams. In the midst of panic, there was sudden chaos in the Bronze. The hidding vampires now were free to come out of hidding.

Narrowing her eyes at Angelus, Dawn gave a final tug at her wrists but felt him keeping a tight hold on her "Angel...let them go...please..." Glaring at him, she listened as he said that she had the slayer's blood in her and shook her head "Impossible...there can be only one chosen one and that's Buffy...remember?"
Seeing him just look at her, as if knowing something she didn't know, she shook her head "I can't be like her in the slayage department...she was chosen because of her strength and determination and everything like that...I can't be like her just because I'm her sister.."
Looking over at the vampires approaching her friends, she heard several of them screaming as they morphed into their vampire selves "NO!!" Struggling more and more, her hair swung around her shoulders as she heard Angelus laughing behind her as he made her watch what was going on.
Turning and looking at him, she shook her head "Please Angel...let them go...You can have me...I mean it...I won't even try to escape!!"

Angelus rolled his eyes at Dawn's teenage self-pity party. "Oh god, can you be any more pathetic? You're right, you're nothing like Buffy. You just get in the way. In fact...I think me getting rid of you is helping her rather than hurting her. I mean, how long does she have to sit and listen to your constant whining? News flash--she doesn't care!" He said, getting a tighter grip on her as she struggled with him. "And neither do I."
The place went up in chaos, screams started to echo the place and people started to run. But there was no where to run. Angelus debated letting her loose for the vampires to toy with. Capturing Buffy's sister turned out to be not as fun as he had hoped. Actually, it was a waste of time. But the entertainment might come to see how she survives a massacre. Wow. He hadn't had one of those in a while. Just like old times.
Actually, he had a much, much better idea.
"Buffy doesnt care, and she isn't here to save you or your friends," Angelus said to Dawn. "You want your friends to survive? Try saving them yourself." Angelus took Dawn and threw her to the ground. He looked up and saw the vampires had grabbed her friends. "Hurry. Time's wasting. At least Buffy won't be here to see how incredibly useless you are."

Blinking and hearing Angel, Dawn narrowed her eyes and shook her head as he talked about how useless and annoying she was. Shaking her head and glaring at him, she again listened to how he would be doing her sister a favor if he did kill her.
Looking down, she furrowed her eyebrows then turned and shook her head "You're wrong...Buffy's not like that and there's no way you can tell me that she is.."
Gasping as he shoved her to the floor, she looked up at him in surprise as he told her to try to save her friends. Growling again, she narrowed her eyes and brought her feet up rapidly to kick him in the groin "Useless this you sicko!!" Springing to her feet, she remembered what Buffy taught her that vampires are not easily taken by surprise and quickly spun kicked him in the face "See what big sis taught me...her so-called 'usless' little sis?"
Quickly reaching behind him, she grabbed the stake that had been taken from her and quickly rushed at a vampire that was stalking toward them and staked him in the chest. Throwing her weight at another vampire, taking it by surprise, she threw the stake through it's chest then turned to her friends who were slowly being cornered.
Looking around quickly, she didn't see Angelus approach her and thought that he was still reeling from what happened to him. Biting her lip, she tried to formulate a plan then smirked seeing one of the longer lighters on the bar that the bartender had used to light something earlier.
Dodging a hit from one of the vampires coming at her, she quickly remembered how the emergency doors flew open when the sprinkler system went off and hoped the same would happen here. Dodging another vampire, she quickly grabbed the lighter and jumped up on the bar and lit the lighter, holding it up to the sprinkler.
Watching as the sprinklers suddenly went off, she swallowed and looked toward the doors seeing them fly open. Hiding a cheer, she looked at the vampires who were momentarily distracted then at her friends "What are you waiting for? Run!!"
Watching as her friends ran toward the door, she cried out as she was grabbed around the ankle by a vampire and tried to kick him off as he pulled her to the floor. Gripping the stake, she swung it down at him then cried out as it was grabbed and sent spinning into the air as the vampire wrapped his arms around her.
Struggling with the vampire, she glared up at him as he spoke "You lost us our meal kid...now you're just going to have to make up for it..."

"Angelus!" Someone called out to him in the crowd. Angelus let his attention wander for a split second and Dawn attacked him and went after her friends. Hunched over, and now morphed, he smiled through the pain and the fangs. "...you're so gonna regret that." He unmorphed as he ducked in the outskirts of the crowd, intently watching Dawn this time, waiting for the right moment.
The sprinklers came on and Angelus began to get soaked, his black shirt clinging to his body. Dawn got caught by a vampire by the bar, and Angelus started to advance but his arm was yanked back.
The female vampire he met earlier spun him around and said, "You let that girl go!" Alicia spat angrily at him. "What are you doing! You ruined our whole plan!"
Angelus yanked his arm away. "And what makes you think I care about your plans?" Angelus grabbed her arm in return and pulled her close to him. "That girl is the slayer's sister, having soda in a vampire nest. What makes you think you'll survive one minute when the slayer gets here? She finds out what you all are planning, she'll track you all down and every single one of you will be dust before the week is out."
Alicia looked up at him, mouth slightly ajar in fear, fear that Angelus could smell. Fear and, quite clearly, lust, despite Angelus' intense no-nonsense glare.
"The slayer's sister?" She repeated.
"Yes. Now either you stay out of my way or switch plans." Angelus let her go forcefully.
Alicia swallowed hard and said, "I'm pretty flexible," She said, hesitantly flirtatious, still abit fearful about what the legendary Angelus might do.
"Good. I have a feeling that you'll be meeting the Slayer up close and personal soon." Angelus said, watching the action by the bar.
"What? Why do you want her here? Don't--?"
Suddenly another vampire approaches them, covering the mouth of a male human. "Caught this one trying to get away. Not everything went to waste."
Angelus looked at the human captive and recognized him as one of Dawns 'friends'. He smiled and walked up to him, the human's eyes wide as he squirmed under the vampire's grasp.
"Well, hello." He said, sinisterly. "Nice to meet you. My name is Angelus. I need you're help with something. Would you like to help me out? I knew you would." Angelus grabbed him out of the other vampire's grasp and pulled him into a headlock.
"Oh god, oh god, please dont kill me..." The human whimpered pathetically.
"Save your breath. Enjoy it. You won't be breathing for long." Angelus told him. He turned to Alicia and the other vamp. "Don't do anything unless I tell you to. Stay hidden."
Before getting any feed back he went out towards the bar dragging the teenager with him, morphing into his vampire form.
"HEY!" He shouted, making sure he grabbed both the vampire's and Dawn's attention. "You stole my meal kid." Angelus announced to Dawn's attacker. "Turns out though, you're lucky I'm in a forgiving mood. You can have her. But wait..." Angelus paused to hear the human's whimpering under his grasp. "I think her friend has some final words."
"D-Dawn...oh my god...p-please....please...don't--" But with one powerful yank of Angelus' arm, the human's neck broke with a severe crack and Angelus let the body drop to the ground.
Angelus looked down at it and then at Dawn. "Oops." He said devilishly.

Blinking and struggling with the vampire holding her, Dawn looked around for a way to escape as she tried to pull away. She might've had the training from Buffy, but she didn't have the strength quite yet. Hearing Angelus, the vampire turned around, dragging Dawn with him then gasped seeing Angelus dragging one of her friends with him in a headlock.
Hearing Angel tell her that the vampire lost him his meal, she narrowed her eyes "Oh my heart just bleeds for you..." Blinking and watching him again as the vampire looked hungrily at Dawn, she narrowed her eyes angrily at Angel "Let him go Angelus and you can have me.."
Cutting off there, she widened her eyes as the boy's neck snapped and her voice froze in her throat "N...no..." Watching Angel drop him like a sack of potatoes, she looked back into his eyes and saw no regret there at all. Feeling a sudden surge of anger, Dawn finally swung her arm back and thrust her elbow into the vampire's stomach and used her strength to throw him over her shoulder.
Narrowing her eyes, she darted at Angelus without thinking, scooping the stake that was thrown from her hand up off the floor and thrust it at his chest "You're so going to pay for that!!"

Angelus caught her wrist before the wood pierced his chest, expecting her to go ballistic. Some people were just so predictable. He immediately twisted it downwards, hard enough to break it. "Wow. This is familiar. If I recall, I did the exact same thing to Buffy. Gives me the warm and fuzzies. Ooo, you know what? Big sis is going to be so mad when she finds out that you put yourself in danger like this. Even after all she's done to protect you," he teased through his fangs. "I think a little punishment is in order. Now, I consider myself a gentleman," he continued with fake and overly dramatic sincerity. "I don't usually hit women. But..."
Suddenly Angelus sent a powerful blow to Dawn's face knocking her to the ground again. Circling around her to pick up the stake, he said, "I just get really offended when people point wooden things in my direction, ya know?" He twirled the stake. "It's just reflexes."
(leaving an opening here for Buffy to walk in. Btw, let me know if I'm being too overpowering in my posts...its hard being downright evil sometimes lol)

Home. Buffy was more than glad to be back home after a night training with Giles. She'd taken the route to the Graveyard, but it was unusually quiet, not a vampire in sight. She'd stayed for about an hour, growing more and more confused as to why she hadn't stakes ONE vampire that night. Upon opening the door, Buffy immediantly called out to her little sister, knowing she was always waiting for her with a scowl.
But this time, there was no reply. "Dawn? Where are you?" Buffy peeked into the lounge-room, then the kitchen. With furrowed eyebrows she rushed upstairs, taking the stairs two at a time. "Dawn? This isn't funny... answer me!" She threw open Dawn's door, but still no sister. She ran downstairs and considered dialing Xander, wondering if Dawn had gone to his because she'd grown tired of waiting. But no, she would have left a note... A sudden horrific feeling came over her as she pieced two things together... no Dawn at home and the empty Graveyard.
Buffy hurried back outside, knowing exactly where that little brat had gone. Of course she should have know... Buffy being out of the house would encourage Dawn to go where she was forbidden too, which was the Bronze. She ran at full speed to the Bronze, fear and worry making her go faster.
The doors were already wide open and kids were still running away from the place, yelling something about demons with fangs. Aha, Buffy thought to herself. She walked in boldly, announcing: "What, did the Graveyard lose it's novelty? Needed a new 'hang out' place?"
After she'd announced her arrival, she happened to glance to who seemed to be the head vampire, and her eyes widened. Then her gaze went to the floor, already knowing who was down there. "Dawn."

Blinking and crying out as Angel grabbed her wrist, Dawn narrowed her eyes then cried out louder as he twisted it, snapping and breaking it. Listening to him as he droned on and on how it reminded him of having done the same thing to Buffy and how it gave the warm and fuzzies, she growled and shook her head then yelled out as he sent a blow to her head, knocking her to the ground.
Landing on her knees in front of him, she watched as he circled her with the stake in his hands as she clutched her wrist. Hearing Buffy, she looked up and furrowed her eyebrows but saw a tight ring of vampires start to circle her, blocking her from her sister "No...Buffy...It's a trap..."
